It has been a strong start to the International GT Open campaign for inception racing and drivers Brendan Iribe and Ollie Millroy as they prepare for the third round of the championship this coming weekend in Hungary.

From the four races to date, the #7 duo have secured two class wins, a second and fourth position to place them seven points clear of their nearest rivals in the Pro-Am classification.

The team’s second entry, the #72 for Nick Moss and Joe Osborne, will not be taking part in the Hungarian rounds, following the accident at Spa Francorchamps that left Nick with back injuries. Nick continues to recuperate and tentatively hopes to return to action at Imola.

Last year at the 4.381KM Hungaroring circuit, Brendan and Ollie secured third and sixth positions, but given their recent string of success, will be hoping to make it a double podium this year to maintain their advantage in the championship chase.

The race weekend gets underway on Friday with three practice sessions. Saturday features qualifying and the longer 70-minute race from 14:10 BST, while Sunday’s one-hour race is at 12:00.
