Inception Racing collaborate with Project 1 for 2022 WEC campaign

A year of success in 2021 saw Inception Racing rise to many race wins and claim the title of International GT Open Pro-Am Champions. Now, in 2022, Inception Racing will face a new challenge, entering into the full World Endurance Championship calendar for the 2022 season.

The Optimum Motorsport run team, in collaboration with Project 1, will field the #56 Porsche 911 RSR-19 for Brendan Iribe, Ollie Millroy, and Lexus factory driver, Ben Barnicoat. The trio showed front-running pace at last year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans, a one off WEC entrance for the team after winning automatic entry following success in Asian Le Mans.

The WEC season gets underway in Sebring with the Prologue on 12 - 13 March, and the 1000M the following Friday.
